  2. Response Time – We’ll reach out within 2 business days (typically within 24 hours).

  3. Discuss Your Deal – We’ll contact you via email and phone to go over your transaction.

  4. Invoice & Agreement – You’ll receive an invoice and a Service Agreement for review.

  5. File Opened – Once payment is received and the agreement is signed, we begin work on your transaction.

What We Do

We manage your transaction from escrow opening to closing, acting as the main point of contact to ensure all deadlines are met and your deal stays on track, freeing up YOUR valuable time.

Important Notes

  • We do not draft legal documents but coordinate with title companies and closing attorneys to ensure proper documentation is in place and that your terms are properly reflected in those documents.

  • We do not negotiate transaction terms.

  • We are not underwriters.
